2015 Ford fiesta Identify missing bolt.

Hopping someone could help me.

I have a 2015 Ford fiesta 1.0L ecoboost 125bhp. 

I appear to be missing some bolt or cap around the heat shield on what i believe is the turbo. See the pictures but there is now a hole where the bolt should be, i have put a photo of what its supposed to be like.

Could someone tell me the name of this or the part number so i can replace it?

    Looks like it is Ford Finis code 1237309 available from any Ford dealers parts department.

    It might be what keeps the sky hook connected. With out it, then gravity might win and the engine will fall out

    I'd personally just take a chance.
