MK7.5 anyone have information on these lights?

Hi all,

I was looking on eBay for a new headlight for my mk7.5 facelift as the original one had broken tabs and starting to get pretty sun damaged, when I stumbled on a used headlight that instead of having a chrome insert like my stock ones, had a black insert. As the price was reasonable I decided to upgrade both headlights to these black ones. Only thing is they're very hard to find for the mk7.5, I found maybe 3 listings none with a pair just either right or left.

I can't find any information about black headlights from ford for this model, so are these from a limited edition or zetec s model maybe? If anyone has any info on this I'd love to hear it 😁

    These are base model lights, no domed reflector for the dipped beam lights.

    Black surrounds probably mean Van spec

    As above, very basic, no projector lens and no LED strip.  They are all black bezel.  Originally came fitted to Studio and Style trims in the UK.
