Hi, just wondering if anyone had ideas of likely problem.

Transit Tourneo 2017. Fault code B10BD:13-0F

Unable to set date or time on the screen. RH steering wheel buttons unresponsive. Could this just be the switch pack, or the clock spring ?  @iantt ??

    Wasn't the switch 🙄 we had an identical Transit so did a quick swap and no joy. The suspect switch and steering wheel is now on the other Transit and is working fine. Further tests says it's the clock spring is open circuit.

    Hi, A late reply but encountered same error in my Kuga with a aftermarket radio unit, my car also seems to lack some original buttons (normally present on the original radio/radiopanel)
