i went out to my car the other day to find the drivers rear passenger window down half way so i closed it but it just keeps bouncing back down iverun a flat blade screw driver around the groove and cant see any reason for it . any ideas would be helpful.



Try resetting it or disable the anti-trap.

its worked ok for the last 14 years no problems

no its bouncing back so wont go up properly !

So why not try switching off the anti-trap or at least resetting it? Ford have gone to the trouble of explaining the process in the owners handbook. This suggests that sometimes things go wrong.

I always find this an interesting type of argument. One could also argue the Titanic was perfectly seaworthy... until it wasn't 😂

Well, if you try @unofix suggestions then you may know what the problem is.

If you try resetting it and it works then the problem was "it lost its settings"

If you try switching it off and it works then the problem was "Its broken"
