Fuses that need checked:

High Current Battery Junction Box:   Mega Fuse 1 - 450A.          Mega Fuse 3 - 200A.

Engine Bay Fusebox:   Fuse 5 - 60A.     Fuse 15 - 20A.       Fuse 16 - 15A

Brilliant Thankyou for that AA inspected the car for previous owner and said ECU was likely to be fried but it’s not,  guessing the AA would have checked these but will double check them

Just a quick update. Ecu totally fried and unreadable so I guess now it’s fitting a second hand ecu and getting it coded on the car

Provided you get the same part number, then you can download your car's own 'AsBuilt' files from Ford using FORScan and then programme the replacement yourself.

Very reasonable, I'd just let them get on with it at that price.

That will be fine, should be able to load AsBuilt files without a problem.

Hi this issue hasn’t been resolved due to my mechanic being very ill and in hospital, the replacement ecu is in and ready to be coded to the car along with the immobiliser. Will forscan be able to do this and is there anyone local to the Lincoln area able to come out and do it
