    Yes it's possible, anything is possible. @unofix  may be along soon to advise you that the cost will simply be uneconomically viable on your car...

    (which is why I asked you what you think it may cost you to gauge your thinking on the modification)

    Just need a compatible used  steering wheel with cruise switches /wiring off eBay and forscan to configure it to work. 

    On my MK3 2013 it cost me £62 for the wheel. Forscan free software plus licence for programming with a elm 327 dongle at £20 This was 10 years ago though.

    £80 10 years ago lol then again, 10 years ago, a pint in a pub was £3 🤣 plus, no labour cost for you!

    I remember a recent post costing it out to almost £1000, but can find it!

    Cruise control is generally an easy retrofit.  I've done it many times on Fords & VAG cars for sub £50.

    It's adaptive cruise that's uneconomical to retrofit as it requires radar etc.

    Not local but added it to my 1 litre ecoobost - get a cruise steering wheel and airbag from ebay , have it changed then configre in forscan and voila.

    Had steering wheel replaced unsure about software if anyone could update & not too far away 👍
