Replaced injector seals now no start, and loads of codes!!

I wonder if anyone can shed light on my problem. I have replaced copper injector seals on after blowby on one injector. (broken hold down clamp)
I've put it all back together but it wont start.
I've bled the fuel line thro fuel filter ( does still have air bubbles in though despite drawing through 1/2 gallon of diesel)
I cannot get fuel thro the pump return line
On cranking the engine turns over 1 second and stops the repeats this until I turn off the ignition button
Engine malfunction warning on dash
But what is the best way to draw fuel thro, I've been using an electric vacuum pump to prime
Here are the Forscan Codes retrieved ..... I don't know were to start though I suspect some of the codes are due to lack of fuel to the injectors etc
I hope someone can shed some light on matters

sounds like damaged wiring somewhere. recheck all the injector plugs

I've checked the continuity between the wiring sub harness to the injector .. All good.

An empty rail won't pressurise, let alone self-bleed, after just 1 second of cranking.  The PCM must be preventing the crank due to an electrical fault, whether real or perceived.

That list of codes actually looks like a PCM failure, generally due to an electrical spike (welding or jump starting) or occasionally from water ingress.  I'm not sure where the PCM is mounted on the S-Max, but I would be looking at that next, checking for any signs or water or corrosion, and possibly even sending it away for testing.  It does seem a weird coincidence after replacing injectors.

Thank you for your observations. No welding or jump starting. I just striped out injectors, cleaned injector tips in sonic cleaner, replaced copper seals and reconnected wiring. Very strange. I presume a new pcm would need coding to vehicle.

Yes, a new PCM needs to be a full clone of your original, including the fuelling map and immobiliser.  Yours may be repairable though.  Or it may be something else, I wouldn't replace it without some hard evidence of that being the fault.
