The USB device requires too much power sync 3

Featured Replies

So have 2018 fiesta stline, alls been well for past year I’ve owned it but this week the USB ports won’t charge phone or connect maps to screen.
I’ve tried different cable just in case but no luck.
All I get now is every 15 second a message saying USB device requires too much power but nothing is even plugged in.
I’ve also tried master reset but no luck.
anyone know problem and resolution?

thanks

Check to see if the usb socket is damaged..sounds like it's clogged and a pin is shorted to another.

If you can unplug from the back and see if the message stills apears
