Reversing sensors sound off randomly in reverse

Hi all,

For some reason the reversing sensors on my Fiesta are sounding off randomly when the car is in reverse. There doesn’t have to be anything near the sensors, and there is no pattern to them going off. It’s totally random.

 

Does anyone have any ideas why this might be happening?
