Fuel Temperature Sensor Ford Fiesta 1.5 TDCI 2015

Hello!
My Fiesta won't start when the engine is hot, but it start when it cools down.
Got there errors:
->P228C -> Fuel Pressure Regulator 
Changed both Fuel Pressure Regulator, but this didn't fix the problem.

->P0093 -> Here is a problem with one of the injectors

-> P0183 -> Fuel Temperature Sensor
I think this is the problem, but i can't find where is located Fuel Temperature sensor.

I can't find anything about Fuel Temperature Sensor, can someone help me?

    The fuel temp sensor is part of the low pressure pipework.  It's not sold separately.  If you follow the plastic pipework from the filter you should find a small black rectangle with a 2 pin electrical plug.  That's the fuel temp sensor.
