Mk8 fiesta 1.0 eco . Strange power loss.

Hello all,

              Hope you can help . I've got an Ecoboost 1.0 fiesta mk8 .It's been stage one'd with intake a pipework 40k on the clock. It's never had any problems until the other day. I was doing motorway travel and after about an hour and a half ; did a slight judder then seemed to loose power . Engine management light flashed . It was still running although it did feel a bit rough , and I didn't go higher than 4th . Pulled into services. Turned off and popped the bonnet to let it cool down for 10-15 minutes . Started no problem and ran fine the rest of the way there . On the same journey home a few days later the exact same thing happened with the same result . There are no warning codes . Only thing I've done recently is change the spark plugs . Don't know how that could cause it .Any ideas ?

    Did the engine management light stay on, is it still on?

    What have you used to check for fault codes?

    As you've changed the spark plugs, maybe worth re-checking each coil connector is secure.

    The light didn't stay on , it flashed on off ; it then went off when re started . Just used a cheap reader to scan . I'll give the connectors a check . Thanks for the help .
