Afternoon all,

I have a Ford Focus 1.0 Ecoboost (2019) (8F29 engine) @ 69.5K mileage, which I've owned since last February, bought from a Ford dealersip.

I had wet belt change earlier this year - all went well going down the motorway (about 100 miles), however on the return journey, car went into limp mode with EML and service light coming on. Since plugging it in, I've found that the car has the following issues:

P0756 Shift Solenoid B Performance or Stuck Off
P0761 Shift Solenoid C Performance or Stuck Off
P0766 Shift Solenoid D Performance or Stuck Off

I've had it in at Ford and they've come back with this reply;-

"Confirmed transmission fault.

Carried out transmission diagnostics.

Solenoid B, C, D stuck.

DTCs cleared, hard fault, no reverse.

Checked transmission loom for obvious damage, non found.

Suspect fault internal to transmission."

They've confirmed what I already knew and said for full diagnostics, which includes transmission strip, stating it will be an "hour by hour" diagnostics, which could prove costly...

Has anyone had this on their Focus and if so, how'd you go about getting it fixed? They've stated two options, both costly, but if anyone has had this experience, I'd love to know or any recommendations for Auto Specialists in the North West/West Midlands. TIA.
