Stuck fault

Featured Replies

Hi, I have FF3 1.6 TDCi.

The car was driving fine, until one day I got a warning: Engine Malfunction, Service now
No check engine light, but limp mode immediatelly. The car was also doing very frequent regends (every <100 km).
I used Forscan, they came as P244A and P2453 faults - pointing at differential pressure sensor. The faults had a date and time.
A few days later, I got the DPF removed from the car. I had a file made to remove the DPF from the ECU - everything is good, no more messages, no regens, but the faults are still there, with the same old dates.

When I start the car, it is in limp mode. If I erase the faults after that, the car drives normal, until it's turned off. The faults are there again and can be erased, but it will only last till the car's switched off.

My question is - have you ever seen anything like this? Faults coming up with the SAME OLD DATE AND TIME?

We've been trying to get this resolved for weeks, but still nothing. If anyone can help me, I would be very grateful. Thank you.
