Can’t figure out knocking noise??

Long story short someone reversed into my car over offside wheel, I was told my suspension was slightly bent and had my shock and alloy replaced and this knocking noise began. I have now change every single element of my suspension including , shock (twice), top mount, bearings, hubs, drive shaft, steering rack, literally everything in that corner. This knocking noise will not stop, and I’m at a loss, does anyone have any suggestions or maybe has heard this before? It’s loud in the car , only occurs when going over speed bumps. It’s a Ford fiesta MK8. Thanks in advance

Wishbone?

wishbone has already been changed 😕

Has one of the front cross member bolts to the chassis snapped or become loose?

I don't believe this has been checked, that wouldn't be near the damage and you can hear the knocking near the wheel but it is something I can get checked, we also noticed the bolts near the suspension haven't been changed even though some of them are stretch bolts, do you think this could be a potential cause?

Listening to the noise on the laptop it doesn't sound like the metallic knock that usually comes from ball joints or even loose suspension bolts.

Last time I had a noise like that it turned out to be a loose headlight cluster.
