Passenger Window stuck/ bounce back

Hi everyone!

 

I have a 2017 fiesta with a MK8 body style. This evening my passenger window randomly got stuck an inch from the bottom and won’t go down any further despite doing so earlier in the evening. Now when trying to roll it up it gets to the top and bounces down to 3/4 of the way. 
I’ve put an old card through the track and nothing was stuck and tried resetting but doesn’t seem to work as it won’t go all the way down. Any help would be appreciated 🙂

    You need to override the 'bounce back' function. Full details can be found in the online owners handbook.
