Vibration in brake pedal at 60

My brake pedal vibrates at 60 and above. Not while breaking but just at speed. I can hear rubbing from the rear right drum.

Could there be any other cause than slightly binding rear drums or bad pads?

Discs arent warped and no scoring or lips.

Rear right drum is far rustier than the rear left tho.

Will be replacing the lot tho, just wondered if theres any other causes so if its still there I can check it, such as a worn wheel bearing, but I dont have noise, squeek or hum, just the vibration over 60 directly in the brake pedal.
