hi i have a ford fiesta 12 plate and diesil is spilling out the engine its been to the mechanics 3 times and twice the spill pipes have been changed genuine ford parts but it pops off again it seems. does anyone know what can be causing this because am at a loose end

    If the leak off pipe is popping off, then it sounds as if there is a blockage in the return pipe.

    The mechanics need to check for a blockage, or possibly a flattened pipe.

    Or, it could be an injector starting to fail, allowing more fuel out of the leak off than the pipe can cope with.
