My Fordpass app has been upgraded and is now not working. I phoned Ford who sent me initially the wrong information about how to rectify the fault, for which they apologised. The second phone call to them produced an apology for the first mistake, then couldn't find my details on reocord. They promised to contact me to fix the problem but so far, nothing. It seems that Ford, like so many other firms, treat the customer as a nuisance that may go away and is the last person for them to satisfy. Any suggestions would be helpful and has anyone else had this problem?

What's not working?

Everything. First: Password is wrong. After 3 days it enabled me to put in a new password......which was the old one and recognised. Wont display any details of the car. Ford customer services finally admit that there is a glitch to the upgrade but are unable to help as it's an IT problem which the engineers are still working on and that I'm not the only customer that has a problem. Getting this info and admittance that a problem existed was, in itself, a problem. Ford's customer service leaves a lot to be desired but is an indication of the current problem with companies right across the spectrum.
