Its saying charging system service now , I have replace the battery with a new one but the warning keeps coming on even had the garage plug in to the car and knock all faults of , still coming on any feed back would be great.   Ian

    Sounds like a faulty alternator.  Not common on a 5 year old car though so definitely worth having the wiring checked first.  I guess it wasn't a Ford garage that checked the fault codes?

    I have been running the car after putting the new battery for over 5 weeks still starts but has his fault

    It'll need to have the fault codes read at a Ford garage.  Other garage tools won't be able to pick up the fault codes causing that particular warning message.

    You can do it yourself using Forscan if you like.
