Most Wired Adaptors will work with FORScan Lite via an OTG Adaptor if your phone supports OTG, and I think all modern phones do, but apart from being less convenient, a Wired Adaptor needs power and that has to come from your Phone Battery which will drain quicker so Logging every or even a long journey is not really practicable.
