Wing mirror not retracting

Have purchased 2 mirrors. Neither of them fold. I can see there are 8pins. 5pins at the bottom and 3 at the top. Are these pins set correctly for power folding mirror?

    I know this involves a little extra work but you need to find out if the problem is the mirror or the car. 

    Take the working mirror off and plug it in on the none working side. Also plug the none working mirror in to the working side of the car and give them a try. 

    You may well need help from someone to hold the mirrors while you test them.

    I will try that. I don't know if this will make any difference but I can adjust the actual mirror.
