Interior lighting

Featured Replies

Hey

I recently purchased a slightly troubled Mk6 Zetec Climate 1.25 (2008).

I noticed that the light switch toggle is missing , and as I can’t find a switch anywhere I know I’ll have to get a second hand light . Any ideas on which kind I need will be greatly appreciated , will any Mk6 3 door fit as they all look slightly different to the one I have already ?

cheers 😅

Looks like there are at least 5 different options for the light.

Some have map lights.  Some have toggle switch.  Sone have sliding switch.  Fusion seems to get a different one to Fiesta.

Make sure you check the rest of the car carefully, if someone is careless enough to break the reading lamp, goodness knows what else they have broken/neglected on the car 😂

You will also need the metal surround otherwise it will just keep falling out

The OP has the surround, it's whats keeping his existing light in the roof at the moment.

I knew that...sort of..if I had read the original listing properly

I went round a scrappy, and replaced my '07 Fiesta fitting with a Galaxy unit that went straight in, complete with map reading lights, and only cost me a fiver.
