Due to a blown cylinder head, I had the engine of my 2015 Ford Fiesta rebuilt. The cylinder head was resurfaced and replaced, and the cylinders were bored out, essentially making it a complete engine overhaul. After getting the car back, I noticed bubbles in the coolant reservoir after driving. I returned the car, and they replaced the radiator and radiator pump, suspecting the issue was caused by boiling coolant from the turbo. However, after getting the car back, the issue persisted.

Does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this?
