How when we try to use hands free phone in the car we can hear the caller but they can't hear us we have tried everything

    I know nothing about phones, but perhaps a bit more detail on what phone/set up you have and what you have tried already might assist someone who does?

    If they can't hear you, it sounds like the microphone is broken or unplugged.
