Back up battery

I have the emergency malfunction come up on the dash. I believe there is a back up battery for the unit but can get no definitive answer as to where the unit is also where the back up battery is located. I have a 2019 focus St line. Has anyone got any ideas?

    Battery is in the tcu. , tcu is buried in front of the centre console/dash area. But the malfunction needs investigating first before diving in to battery replacement. Battery will be a ford only part. Normally malfunction happens if you haven't used he car for a while thus depleting the tcu battery. Running the car for a while fixes it. Or maybe the battery needs resetting. Fitting a new battery requires recalibration. All a ford dealer job really.
