2014 1.0 ecoboost lack of power and turbo surge

Hello

I've got a 2014 1L 125 that has a horrendous lack of power and turbo surging, I've replaced the BOV with a turbosmart dual port, vacuum pump valve and the boost solenoid (made the problem worse), timing belt was done ~3k kms ago, I cannot for the life of me figure out what the problem is.

    Perhaps the vacuum pump is shot.

    Try replacing the one way valve to the vacuum solenoid first

    If the pump is good then suspect the turbo is shot, belt debris can block the turbo oil feed too

    I've replaced the vacuum pump valve, vacuum pump itself seems fine, when I did the belt I changed the turbo oil feed filter and there was nothing in it, problem is that the engine is so noisy it's hard to tell if anything is making noises it shouldn't
