Ford Focus (2010 model) AC blowing warm air

Featured Replies

I’ve got an issue with my Ford Focus (2010 model). The AC has been acting up for the past few weeks—it’s blowing warm air, and I’m not getting any cold air at all.

I’ve already checked and recharged the refrigerant, and I replaced the AC compressor with a new one. However, I’m still not seeing any improvement. The blower works fine, but the air just won’t cool.

Does anyone have ideas on what else could be causing this? Maybe the condenser or some sensor issue? Any tips on what I should check next would be really helpful!

Is it holding the gas after you've refilled?

If the condenser has a fault, yes it will leak refrigerant so the A/C won't work. Refrigerant is very dangerous  and can cause blindness if handled incorrectly. My advice is take it to an A/.C specialist and let them diagnose the fault rather than just randomly replace bits in the hope of curing it...
