Clutch sticking down focus 1.0 petrol ecoboost

Featured Replies

No clutch fluid loss, no leaks found, my clutch goes down and , when it goes down i flick it back up and then pump it few times  in order to change gears,, it then engages The clutch.. and holds some pressure in the clutch system. But doesnt last long , i have to repeat this process very often, its very annoying can somone help me please,

If you had similar issues what solved it please?

Start by replacing the clutch master cylinder as it's the easiest option. If that fails to fix the problem then it's likely to be the slave cylinder which is a major job.

If the pedal's sticking down without disengaging the clutch and there's no evidence of leakage or fluid loss my money's on the master cylinder.
