Is brake calipers interchangeable? (photos)

Hello,
I have a 2003 1.4 TDCI Fiesta which needs new front calipers (ATE type)
Got a pair from a scrapyard but donor car turned into razor blades so IDK exact specs of it. All I know is, the car was a facelift, probably 2008 model (the guy was not sure about the year).
By the look of it, it looks exactly the same as mine, also the brake pads looks the same (yes it comes complete with pads and brackets). 

But when I search on internet, looks like there are different ATE models over the years. Yes, the shape is same but the dimensions may be different (I guess?).
The problem is, calipers on my car are rusted and seized to hell, I don't think I can put them back after I remove them with a torch and brute force. So I need to be sure that the ones I got from scrapyard will fit.

    Update: Yes they will fit. There are different numbers stamped on them but the dimensions are the same. I've replaced one side without any problems. Got rusted bolts on the other side unfortunately. Tomorrow I need to find a bolt extractor thingy 😕
