Mk2 - Another....whistling sound! - Engine / Gearbox?

Hi so a whistle sound has started developing over the last few journeys.

 

It is only audible when at higher speeds above 60+MPH and when under load / accelerator down.

When you lift off the squeal / whistle goes away.

Starting to think it might be the gearbox but hopefully not.

 

Any ideas on how to fault find or what I should do next to narrow it down please?
