Do these just sit in place or do the seals have to pop in the hole? Mines sucking air in as the seal is broken. But I took it off when I did the manifold and it was difficult to pop out. So when I put it back I pushed them in but didn’t hear a pop or anything and tightened the fuel rail nuts down.

That seal isn't going to seal anything lol.

They start as round o rings like this.  May be able to buy them cheaper elsewhere.
