    Perhaps because you have a 2018 Mk 4 and this is a 2024 facelift Mk 4.5 with bigger touchscreen and revised dash?

    I doubt it could be retrofitted.

    Your profile says 2018. 2019 would still be a Mk 4 here in the UK, the facelift to Mk 4.5 was announced late 2021 for UK/Europe.

    Ford must have made that one specially for you. The rest of the world had to make do with the Mk4 until October 2021 🤣
