hose for intercooler needed

Featured Replies

hey everyone, i've bought a stage 1 intercooler for my 1.0, however it came with no hoses to attach to it, the top hose i managed to find pretty easily, however i'm really struggling with the bottom one, at the moment i have two boost hoses jubilee clipped together which is very frustrating because sometimes when doing a pull it flies right off! and obviously the oem ford one does not fit as it is not long enough, the hose also rubs against the alternator and creates splits in it, its like a ticking time bomb! if anyone could help me out with a link to the right part or just where to find one it would be greatly appreciated. thanks

The ticking time bomb is the 1.0L and your driving if previous posts are anything to go by..

If it's a branded intercooler, approach the manufacturer or a retailer.  If it's unbranded, find somewhere local that does custom pipe fabrication.
