Sat Nav issue - 2011 Focus

The red arrow on my sat nav is not following the roads I'm driving on. I can see the road names and street names, but the arrow is driving through streets, over mountains and through rivers! Any thoughts on what is causing this and solutions? I have tried the manual calibration, but it never completes.

    Yes usually.

    Firstly you need to check using FORScan for any Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC's).

    It could be a fault with the aerial amplifier/isolator module or simply the aerial.

    Try a manual reset. I had this issue but was resolved by resetting
