I know the MK1 focus petrol 1.6 fuel filter is located near the fuel tank.

Does anyone know where the fuel filter is located on the MK3 focus 1.6 petrol as I can't seem to locate it.

    There is no fuel filter on all MK2/MK2.5 and MK3/MK3.5 Petrol versions.

    There is only a strainer inside the fuel tank which is part of the fuel pump assembly. The strainer however is not considered to be a serviceable part and therefore does not have a replacement interval.

    The whole fuel pump should be changed if anything happens.
