Hi all-need some help/advice

Long story - I've just bought my daughter a 2011 mk3 1.6 tdci Focus tit x with push button start. I bought the car with a starter problem. It would not release the steering lock so no ignition. After some time constantly trying the starter button it did finally release the lock then I could start it. I put the key in the ign slot and left it in so I could move the steering. All good so far, I had to disconnect the battery the ign lock is still off. So while the battery was off I decided to check the wires from the ESCL to the bcmii all seem good, fuses check out ok. Today I put the battery back on, cleared all the previous fault codes, took the key out to check for a live on the ESCL and the ignition comes on but the ESCL stays off even when I lock the car and leave it to shut down. Wake the car up lock stays off. Now it will not start but the ignition still comes on. The battery is fully charged so it's not that. I do have a wiring diagram and I've just seen something on the diagram that says IRX 94BG-14489-LCB - can anybody tell me what it is and where I can find it in the car please?

    Google search shows the 94AG etc as some sort of 90 degree connector/cable bracket

    Then another site lists in a bit more detail the pins for the connection and with some Russian translation it’s referring to roof antenna

    Just not sure where exactly that lives under the headliner. And if other parts of the keyless start system are working but not the ESCL then it’s unlikely to be antenna related imho
