Start stop function not working and power button not working

If the battery is dying, then it might not be holding enough charge to operate the stop/start.

Have you checked the battery voltage as I suggested yet, and what were the results?

Ignition off 12.3~12.8

car running 14.8~14.9

Was in the car and the air con was running for a good 5 minutes on level 1 and ignition on so when I turn the car on It got to 14.9v and as it’s charging. Then after it dropped to 12.8v. Wasn’t sure if it’s going to drop back to 12.3v so that’s why it put both in.

and with the engine running you have .... "car running 14.8~14.8" so it remains at a static 14.8V makes no sense.

did run an obd  on the car and the only faults that came up were those two. Do you think one of them could be the corporate for the eco start stop no to function?

Yes a clutch pedal switch fault will disable stop/start
