IMO, message of what is playing is sent by APIM, it does not require special settings.

Hmmm that's strange because Graham 17  from the Forscan group mentioned when he did the retrofit, the only thing he didn't get working was the CD track info showing in the Instrument  Panel Cluster, so maybe he changed something without realising.

The "FCW" at 720-03-02 may be related to the HUD's as I seem to recall FCW being mentioned at 720-09-01.

Is there any other address in my sheet that you think might be relevant to the CD Player, Or do you think only those I have mentioned in my last post are all that's required?

Just the x2 examples in my spread sheet on the post on Page 1 of this thread. If you look at the far left column I list them 1,2 & 3. No. 2 in the middle being the 2.0L Vignale Est. 1 & 2 are both 2.3 ST's , 1 is mine without CD and 3 is the ST with CD 

Maybe I should put this in that way. I wrote a tool, which compares large number of AsBuilt files. It does a statistic analysis of two groups - one with and one without a feature. Then, it shows only feature related differences. Nice, not always 100% correct since many features goes in bundles. What is important, the more files the better results. That I'm asking bout VINs for cars with CD. I have more then a hundred Focus MK4 AsBuilt files, none has CD.

Yeah thats similar to the spread sheet I did, highlights what matched on the AsBuilt and what didn't allowing me to distinguish what optional extras my ST was missing and the parameters needed to change them if I add them. I can inbox you the other CD VIN no problem.
