I have Ford Galaxy 2009 wa6, 85kw diesel.

From the dealer, it come without heated windscreen.

I hope u can help me to find, what i need to make it work.

Installed new windscreen with heating and connected with original wiring, that was alredi installed from the factory.

Installed windshreen heating button to the dashboard.

Fuses and relays was alredy there, F34 and F35.

 

But what i am missing, why it does not work?

 

 

My only GUESS (I don't like guessing)  is that, providing the complete wiring is actually present then I can only think that you may have to use Forscan to activate it if possible?
There are multiple options detailing what can be fitted and either present or not and I think these can be changed?

e.g. We have Active Grille Shutter which is marked as fitted (however it has never worked and produces a fault code) so if the car doesn't know it has a heated windscreen, it won't know to activate it?

As above.

You need to activate it in the Body Control Module (BCM) using a licensed version of FORScan (Windows Laptop).

I go and seek somebody who does diagnostik and programming for cars.

But if i dont find it.

Can u post me a wiring diagram, so i can controll heater relay and bypass the BCM.

IMHO, as above,  you will be better off (providing you have a laptop) downloading Forscan (free for general use but need relatively cheap licence to allow programming) and getting a proper lead. There will be a learning curve but then you can do everything yourself rather than relying on "professionals" at expensive rates - your choice.
As regards wiring diagrams  - rocking horse droppings (can explain if necessary) comes to mind unless you have access to that information!

I have laptop and downoaded Forscan.

I have trial license for 2 months.

But i did not find place, where i can activate windschreen heater.

Reading and writing error codes are ok.

Please help me.

If it's not obvious  inside the BCM then (with/without heated front screen and change the option?) I can only suggest looking into the basics of Forscan with Skoda Yoda otherwise the BCM may need another file to reprogram it  - anyone?:
