Have passed this onto the Technical department for them to see if they can resolve the issue

i think your browser is looking at an old cache, i think it would be more of a caching issue on your browser. Have you used both broswers before?

Try ingognito mode first and come and let us know if that works.. we can work out a solution from there

Did today and yesterday. Even reinstalling too. Didn’t work that way.

I've also seen that issue on this forum and others, particularly ones that seem to have a similar format, so I assume the basic software is the same, e.g:

https://www.toyotaownersclub.com/forums/forum/49-yaris-yaris-cross-club/

My desktop died some while back so I only use an Android phone or tablet nowadays. I usually find it clears if I come out of the site concerned and return later.

Tom, does the Toyota forum in the link above work for you?? Trying to find reasons for this.

I will have a think and may put in a support request with the developers.

Also to above, can you click logout and then log back in, i know it may be tricky to find when page is screwed, but need to find the link "sign out " then restart browser and then try and log back in.

other points that could cause it, as incognito mode is showing the same then it cannot be a browser cache or cookie

I would now start to look more down the router cache as well

Do you have a VPN? give that a try if you do.
Are you able to connect your desktop to your mobile wi-fi ?

I would normally test this way to eliminate your router. If this works when you are connected via mobile hotspot then a good hard restart of the router may clear the cache.

All my tests here seem to show ok from our end, we did an update 2 weeks ago which changed the cache and either browser or router is still looking at old cache.

Ah yes I remember last Monday the router was changed to other brand.

Toyota same problem… I’m never seen that problem before and Google said ‘clear cookie caches, reset browser, and etc’ all their problem isn’t helping

thats weird why toyota is doing it as well.. it's stumped me.

What about firewalls?

Everything on your account is normal, nothing out of place

I will create a support ticket with developers and see what happens

Then I would suspect that this is a router configuration problem 🤔

this is why i test both router wifi and mobile phone wifi.

Maybe a good router restart will help, unplug for a couple of minutes

My firewall is set on and I never dare turn off.

i don’t think it’s good timing to reset router today as my dad busy with business documents.

Had a word with the developers and they suggested that you may not be able to access the storage facility we use (CDN)

without being there to look at the browser its hard to figure it out. Not sur ehow technical you are at looking up things.

Do you think it is since the router has been changed?

When you view it via your phone, are you using the home Wi-Fi? or 4/5G?

On mobile was fine as 4G and WiFi (I had iPhone 11 Pro as not capable 5G)

I’ll let you know that I have reset Wi-Fi.

Just to throw another one in. I get the same thing whether I'm connected to my home broadband, the one on the site where we have a caravan, or the ones in hotels and rental properties we use.

Seen be I’m not only one problem…

Hi, just resetting router and cleared caches and still not resolved problem…

I don’t know if router turnout rubbish or not… I’m so lost and stuck with that problem….

I'm not sure if I should try use my dad laptop to ensured my computer isn’t messing around.

Okay it’s not my pc end, as I tested on my dad laptop and apparently same problem…

Was unsure if my 4th Utility router blame or something else?

I've just put a bet on with Ladbrokes that it's your router. I didn't get very good odds as they said it was almost certainly a winner 🤣

I might ask my dad to see if he could give router company bell.

Take your laptop and go to McDonalds and use their free wifi to connect to the internet, and see if the problem has gone away. You can order a Big Mac with fries at the same time 🤣

So update…

Since router is under my dad account holder and he refused to contact because that he believed your site is faulty,
