Transit Custom 2.2 2015 Low on power

Featured Replies

Afternoon all,

I seem to have an issue with my van. It's a 2.2 custom.

It looks like it's had a recent engine refurbed due to the new bolts and silver paint on the engine, it's had a new turbo and Hella actuator (last night).

My issue is, it's been remapped on the driveway to 180bhp by someone that has plenty of recommendations.

However it doesn't feel like it has the power, especially when driving up hills it takes a while to get to 60.

The only faults I have stored are

P06ef engine restart performance and p1708 clutch switch circuit.

I've also noticed that my commanded egr valve sensor sits at -100% and doesn't move when accelerating etc (unsure if it's been deleted haven't looked yet)

The dpf isn't an issue.

Im not too sure what it could be...

It seems to not have the power over 2k revs but will still accelerate in the revs just slowly.

Checked various sensors on forscan like maf, fuel temp sensor etc.

Any help is appreciated 👍
