Vacuum Pump Valve Replacement

Put a new one in 5 weeks ago and it's broke again it was losing power up hill and running sluggish and it started again yesterday so checked it is there a more durable part that will last longer or a stronger version of it thanks

Those symptoms are classic of bits of the rubber timing belt breaking up and clogging the vacuum pump.

The genuine Ford one is the best quality.  But they only come as part of the vac pump for £300.  So you might prefer to try another cheap one first...

@unofixtiming belt)wet belt replaced in February along with water pump and it's had this year also new spark plugs full oil change new filters all round and new battery it's only done 2000 miles since September last year

You might want to remove the vac pump and check for debris.

That's normally, after the oil pick up, the first place that the belt caviar goes to

That's good to know. However that was about 21/2  years late so it's possible that the belts had started to break up. The very small bits of rubber can find their way in to the vacuum pump and even the fine gauze filter for the turbo oil supply long after new belts have been fitted.
