Leak on Air Con

Looking for advise and help..

 

so i have a transit connect 2017 it has developed a leak when running the air con, and only when running air con, i have taken van to garage for air con leak test and re-charge, but they said no leak found an air con is running fine ? yes it works but it drips water into drivers footwell, any advise or guidance will be greatly appreciated

Hi,

Water condenses on the outside of the AC evaporator and pipes as part of normal use.  Nothing is leaking, there isn't any water inside the AC system.

The problem here is that the water should drop to bottom of the plastic box and then run out through a drain hole.  So need to work out whether the box is cracked, or whether the drain hole is blocked.
