Following a full success with the REVERSING camera installation, now I am looking for the inspiration how to hide the rear dashcam cable. As usual, neatness is the key - I even dug out some electrial grommets to make it look mint 🙂

The cable is inside the rear left pillar - any advice would be appreciated.

    Mounting the rear dashcam on the window is known to cause problems with radio reception in many Ford vehicles, especially DAB radio.

    I would recommend repositioning the dashcam. The hole (with grommet) looks fine but is unnecessary if the camera is mounted on the plastic trim panel.

    Oh.. you've made me a bit worry now. Luckily I have another set of the attachments, so I can reposition the camera.

    So far - dab works fine, perhaps when powered up, the interference is causing issues.
