There is a known issue with exhaust manifold for theses cargo vans. i want to repair myself with some putty/paste/ciment things for some x reason.

From driver side only, Apparently the noise come from exhaust manifold or engine manifold but i am not able to confirm. it make loud noise while starting as the metal is cold than go little bit down while heating. While accelerting on D position the noise go louder. On parking or neutral, even if i rev to 3000rpm, the noise doesn't increase at all.

I have try to touch with my hand near exhaust manifold to feel where is the leak and found two or three and then put like 5 tubes of 170g of exhaust manifold ciment designe to resisit at 900C. the noise got lot lower now like 50% but there is still and it get more louder while on D Only..

there is no smell or smoke at all, there were engine light On code P0430 saying something like (Catalyst system efficiency below threshold bank 2). It goes OFF automatically and sometime i have cleared myself.
