Washer fluid in rear footwell

Featured Replies

Help!! 2017 Galaxy - My rear window washer was not working. I can hear the motor whirring away but no water. Today I discovered the footwell behind the driver seat (where the jack is stored) under the jack is absolutely soaking!

I can only assume the hose for the rear washer runs through there. But I don't know how to get to it and how to repair it. I can't find any pictures or videos anywhere about it. So guidance would be very helpful please!!

You certainly have some strange leaks and I wonder what the history is!!!
Can carpets etc be removed to give a clearer idea of where the leak is coming from (my ETIS doesn't show the path of the pipe to the rear but it only goes up to 2012)
I suspect, but have no reason that the pipe would go above the doors and head for the rear hatch but otherwise, it would have to go under the seats, into the boot and again get to the rear hatch.
From other threads on wiring issues, I recall that the pipe goes at the drivers side? - check that first at the hatch rubber sleeve and perhaps work forwards  by looking into the boot trim panels and forward from that?
Unless someone else can point you straight to the leaking point with a reason?
