Hi there on my 2017 bio diesel my rear washer jet isn't working I've changed the pump i can here the pump when the front washers work but not the back I'm not sure if it's a fuse or something else

It's "something else"

The pump is controlled by the Body Control Module (BCM). When you operate the switch it sends a signal to the BCM which in turn powers the pump motor.

Did you ever get to the bottom of this? Having similar issues on our 2016 plate!

No I didn't i just left it 2 much hassle now sorry 2 much hassle

I'd check, in Forscan if possible two routes:
1. Is there a PID for the washer switch output i.e. when you activate the switch, does the command go to the BCM?
2. Is there a PID for the pump activation i.e. is there a signal going to the pump?
I believe the single pump runs one way for front and opposite for rear so if front is working the pump itself is sound.
I think there is complex wiring (relay or something inside BCM???) that manages this.
Then there's the issue of the pump leaking water through the wiring and damaging the BCM (remove plug from green socket to check - if your's is same as models having that issue)
Then there's the common (?) issue of a broken wire in the rear hatch, left hand side (?) where the wiring goes from body to hatch?

If you can be bothered, let us know what you find, don't be a 5 Post Wonder, I may need to know about this!

I'd bet you a beer it's a blocked hose in the boot. Mine is also not working and I had it on an older car that the hose just gets blocked up with algae/mould/some other crud over time.
