I Managed to upgrade the car!😊

The only issue I had was a wire connector on my car had an extra wire. If anyone has any advice let me know.

 

  • I didn't have to strip the dashboard to get to the matrix box. There is a panel in the engine bay that i opened to install the evaporator unit. just needed a new lid with the extra holes for the pipes.
  • I had to move the power steering pump from the front of the engine to the back to allow the fitting of the compressor
  • I purchased a new dryer and seal for all the aircon piping.
  • The radiator with condenser slotted in easy
  • The good news is the wire loom had the fittings ready for aircon. (signified with red caps for the connectors)

 

 
Getting it re-gassed next week. Fingers crossed!!
