Forscan Approved Bluetooth Adapters?

I have decided to take the Bluetooth plunge to allow me to monitor using my phone.

AFAIK, this adapter is the only one on the Forscan website (on Amazon UK):

What is the difference, will the cheaper one work? (i.e. allow me to monitor all Forscan parameters, PIDs etc, just like the V-Gate USB cable) I know you can't program via Bluetooth.
