Hi all,I’ve got a ford smax titanium sport 2012,when I lock it all doors lock but when I unlock it drivers front door and passenger rear door doesn’t unlock,you car hear the door mechanism working but don’t seam to be unlocking any ideas thanks

    Hi, did you get anywhere with this?  Probably need to take the door card off and see what's happening when you lock/unlock the car.  Do you have ForScan?
    I have a similar issue, mostly when the car is cold, and I occasionally see this fault code, which suggests to me that the motor is on the way out
